Your work will be embedded within a team that champions trauma-informed approaches and helps identify barriers in existing systems—working together to challenge those obstacles and highlight examples of best practice.You’ll support vulnerable adults with complex needs across East Sussex, providing professional assessments, care planning, and evidence-based interventions.
