Leaders in Care are working with an authority in South Wales, for an experienced practitioner to join their established fostering service as an agency supervising social worker covering the position on a long term basis.

Benefits include a generous salary of up to £38p/h as well as ample opportunity to work from home and progress within the team - Managers within the team have been around and the team typically is a stable one.

This role is also hybrid and offers some flexible working arrangements, to give you a great work life balance.

As a supervising social worker, you will also be responsible for supporting and managing approved foster carers, assessing special guardians and ensuring support plans are in place, also to work with a childs social worker to achieve permanence, either through long term fostering or special guardianship.
