Home Instead is a leading provider of domiciliary home care services. As a Community Care Assistant in Aylesbury Vale, you will deliver personalised companionship, home assistance, and personal care to senior clients in the local community.

You will be guaranteed contracted full‑time hours. Adaptability, a willingness to work weekends and evenings, and the ability to provide high quality care are prerequisites.

• Provide personal attention and companionship to clients.
• Assist with day‑to‑day tasks, including meal preparation and medication management.
• Support clients in maintaining independent living at home.
• Coordinate appointments and ensure clients can access health services.
• Help manage clients’ diet and monitor nutrition.

Preferable: at least one year of experience providing care in a hospital, assisted living, or domiciliary setting.

Current UK residency and holding the necessary visa sponsorship. Own car and driver’s licence are required.
