West Oaks School is a 2–19 special school and a highly rewarding place to work and lead. Having entered a new phase of leadership, we are strategically focused on strengthening and aligning our teaching and learning offer across our three sites, supporting over 500 pupils with SEND across Leeds.
We are seeking a full-time experienced and aspirational Teaching and Learning Coordinator to join our senior leadership team at our Woodhouse Learning Lower School site from April 2026. This is a key strategic role, working closely with the Principal and Head of School to drive high-quality teaching, learning, and outcomes for pupils.

West Oaks operates across three sites: Woodhouse Learning, Boston Spa Learning, and Headingley Learning. The successful candidate will work closely with the Principal and Head of School to ensure consistently high standards and outcomes for all pupils.
