A leading wealth management firm in Bristol is seeking an experienced Paraplanning Manager to lead a team of paraplanners. The role focuses on high-quality technical support, team development, and process improvements in a hybrid setting. The ideal candidate will possess a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning and have proven management experience. We are seeking an experienced Paraplanning Manager to lead, support, and develop a high-performing team of around 13 paraplanners, based across multiple UK locations. This role is central to ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical support to advisers and clients, while helping guide the team through an evolving landscape shaped by continued M&A activity.
This is a hybrid position, with 3 days per week in the Bristol office and 2 days working from home.
