The EMEA Media & Communications team within Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Division is a leading franchise in the sector, covering a broad array of publicly listed and private companies in EMEA across 25 verticals in media, telecommunications and digital infrastructure.
The companies in the sector are highly transaction oriented with Morgan Stanley advising them on a wide range of complex transactions including acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, shareholder relations, recapitalizations, demergers, leveraged buyouts and defences against unsolicited takeover attempts, strategy advisory assignments and executions of public and private capital markets transactions.
Associates will typically work on a variety of different situations and take on significant responsibility for delivering specific elements and guiding more junior colleagues. Associates will have the opportunity to become involved with a wide range of Clients and assignments, actively contributing to transaction execution as well as business development efforts. Associates play an important role on project teams that include senior professionals who will encourage you to go beyond the numbers and think creatively and proactively.
