A creative events company in Brighton is seeking a Marketing Executive to lead campaigns for weekly club and live events. The role requires at least 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in music or nightlife. You will oversee marketing efforts, manage social media, and develop content to promote events. Reports To: Venue GM / Head of Marketing
Location: Brighton (on-site. Occasional travel to London)
Terms: Full Time, Permanent
Salary: 24-27k depending on experience

We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive to lead the planning and delivery of campaigns for Quarters’ weekly club and live events. This is a hands‑on, fast‑paced role ideal for someone who lives and breathes music, nightlife and culture — and who’s ready to shape the voice and presence of one of Brighton’s most exciting new spaces.
Working closely with our internal teams, external promoters and agency partners, you’ll be responsible for managing campaigns end‑to‑end, driving ticket sales, growing digital reach, and ensuring Quarters stands out as a cultural destination.
