• £13.85 per hour plus commission
• 30 hours contract
• 3 months fixed term contract
• work days between Thu-Sun
• able to cover other stores if needed, such as Harrods, Kingston and John Lewis, Oxford street

This role is pivotal in bringing the customer experience to life and we are looking for enthusiastic, passionate Sales Advisor who can represent Stellar and our client, Therabody to lead the way with delivering exceptional customer service.

What experience you’ll need to be successful

• Prior experience in a premium customer service environment
• The ability to convert sales and achieve KPIs
• Previous experience working in a premium retail environment would be advantageous
• Studying / Achieved sports qualifications would be advantageous
• Passionate about fitness and/or wellness
• Ability to work independently where required
• Someone who is customer oriented and takes a consultative approach to selling
• A team-player who loves sharing their passion with others
• Ambition and openness to learn and develop your own skill set
• Excellent communication skills
• A positive mentality and a drive to succeed
• Able to cover other stores when needed ( travel expenses will be provided)

What do we offer

• Work between Thursday‑Sunday
• Shifts: Thursday‑Saturday 10 am‑7 pm and Sunday 12 noon‑6 pm
