Multidisciplinary collaboration, evidence‑based practice, and staff wellbeing are central to our ethos.

You will

  • Ensure high‑quality therapy service delivery within the community team
  • Provide expert knowledge for staff supporting patients with complex and progressive long‑term neurological conditions
  • Lead the continued development of CNCMT, promoting integrated working with internal and external partners
  • Support the NRC clinical lead with service development, clinical governance, and workforce initiatives at the NRC
  • Work with NRC Clinical lead for NRC to lead on improvements for digital transformation to improve processes, pathways and data collection
  • Maintain up‑to‑date clinical practice and support development of therapy staff in line with professional standards
  • Design and manage referral pathways and clinical documentation in collaboration with the MDT
  • Lead on short‑ and medium‑term workforce planning within the community team in conjunction with NRC Clinical lead
  • Contribute to the development of integrated care pathways between secondary and primary care, working closely with local providers, NCL ICB, and the wider service network
