The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar administration role, be an excellent communicator with good organisational skills.

Key responsibilities of the Administrator:

Planning, scheduling and communication of work within the warehouse

Experience in Inventory Admin

Verifying the accuracy of inbound and outbound shipping documentation.

Coordinating documentation for incoming freight

Monitoring and tracking incoming containers.

Assisting the Customer Service team and Yard Operations teams with data entry

Proficient with Excel

Previous experience of a WMS is highly desirable, but not essential

Desired Skills:

Proficient in MS Office (including Word, Excel, Outlook)

Ability to take ownership of the role and remain calm under pressure
