UK-wide | Predominantly on-site with clients with regular attendance at our Bristol HQ.
Full-Time (FTC - 1 year) Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week | £24,000 – £30,000 per annum

Are you tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and ready to kick-start your career in IT and project delivery? We’re looking for a Site Transition Technician to join our dynamic team and support the rollout of Microsoft software across customer sites.
- Visit customer sites across the UK to assess IT readiness
- Gather and document information on IT equipment
- Update spreadsheets and technical documentation
- Collaborate with technical experts to validate data
- Support testing and deployment of new equipment and software
- Follow structured site enablement processes
- Participate in key project phases including discovery, testing, go-live, and early life support
- Strong IT literacy and confidence using PCs and tablets
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- A proactive, team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when needed
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable (but not essential):
- Awareness of Microsoft 365 and Teams
- Certifications in Technology or Business Management
- PRINCE2 Foundation or ITIL qualifications
