Site Transition Technician (FTC - 1 year)
Join Our Team as a Site Transition Technician!

UK-wide | Predominantly on-site with clients with regular attendance at our Bristol HQ.

Full-Time (FTC - 1 year) Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week | £24,000 – £30,000 per annum

Provisional Start Date: September 2025

Are you tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and ready to kick-start your career in IT and project delivery? We’re looking for a Site Transition Technician to join our dynamic team and support the rollout of Microsoft software across customer sites.

What You’ll Do:
  • Visit customer sites across the UK to assess IT readiness
  • Gather and document information on IT equipment
  • Update spreadsheets and technical documentation
  • Collaborate with technical experts to validate data
  • Support testing and deployment of new equipment and software
  • Follow structured site enablement processes
  • Participate in key project phases including discovery, testing, go-live, and early life support
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong IT literacy and confidence using PCs and tablets
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • A proactive, team-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours when needed
  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable (but not essential):

  • Awareness of Microsoft 365 and Teams
  • Certifications in Technology or Business Management
  • PRINCE2 Foundation or ITIL qualifications
