• Review replenishment lists and identify products to be launched into production.
• Validate the availability of raw materials and production capacity prior to launch.
• Production Order Creation and Management
  • Create production orders in the ERP system.
  • Ensure accurate entry of quantities, part numbers, and deadlines.
• Follow-up and Coordination
  • Collaborate with production teams to confirm feasibility of production launches.
  • Modify production orders based on priority changes or urgent requests.
• Control and Compliance
  • Ensure production orders comply with internal procedures and quality standards.
  • Maintain proper document filing and ensure launch traceability.
• Perform any other related duties.

• Strong proficiency with computer tools (ERP systems, Excel)

• Experience in a manufacturing environment or in production management (an asset)
