Are you looking for a rewarding job, where no two days are the same? Would you like a job that is different to the 9 to 5?

At Meadow View we are looking for engaging and positive Support Workers to join our team to support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs.

As a Support Worker you will be expected to provide an outstanding level of support that will help to ensure the people we support live a more independent, dignified and happy life. We are looking for forward thinkers who are able to offer new ideas on how to develop a person’s opportunities and skills ranging from developing their own garden to cooking nutritious and different meals.

Not all support work will take place within the homes of the people we support. There will be lots of opportunities to access the local community and engage with the interests of the people you support. The people we support all have different interests and therefore we are looking for flexible and open minded support workers to support with activities such as walking, days out to the cinema or visits to the seaside to name a few.

On a daily basis you will have a strong support network from the management team at Meadow View. We are a proactive team and work in partnership to ensure the best support for colleagues is provided, so don’t worry if you are new to care, there is always someone you can turn to.
