Qualifications

  • Previous experience supporting people with Learning Disabilities & Autism.
  • Ability to work in a supportive and empathetic manner.

Job Title: Support Worker / Waking Night Support Worker
Salary: £12.75 p/h

We are looking for Support Workers who have previous experience supporting people with Learning Disabilities & Autism to join our brand new team who will be supporting two individuals to enable them to continue living as independently as possible, delivering personalised care and support as per their assessed needs, and engaging them in meaningful activities both at home as well as the local community.

We will be taking over their current provision until we can build them new homes on the same site. The people we support currently have their own flats within a setting in Caterham and receive several hours of 1:1 and 2:1 with shared support. The two Gentleman have been discriminated against, faced trauma, and require staff with empathy and kindness to support them on their road to leading an aspiring life.
