Job summary
A leading supply chain solutions provider is seeking a passionate Customer Service Advisor to join their team in Maidstone. This full-time, permanent role involves handling customer enquiries, managing urgent orders, and ensuring high service standards for the NHS Supply Chain contract. Candidates should possess excellent communication, organizational skills, and a proactive mindset. The position offers a salary of up to £25,416.49 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package including a company pension scheme and various employee discounts.

- Maintaining customer profiles and proactively managing service changes.
