Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of HND in a technical subject or equivalent experience.
• Solid administrative experience ready for complex supply chain responsibilities.
• Understanding of BOMs and engineering documentation (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate order fulfilment processes from receipt to delivery.
• Manage shipping documentation for domestic and international logistics.
• Communicate and track production schedules with contract manufacturers.
• Coordinate with critical suppliers on delivery schedules.
• Support engineering teams with documentation filing.
• Utilise business systems to manage records following QMS requirements.
• Analyse supply chain data to identify trends or issues.
• Ensure legal compliance and efficient running of the site.
