The Applications Analyst III maintains and optimizes current system applications, including Epic, ensures system application updates are working properly before updates are loaded into the live system by coordinating testing and update dates with users and vendor; integrates new applications in the existing health information system according to the implementation schedule.
In addition to these responsibilities, the role includes integrating new applications in the existing health information system according to the implementation schedule, ensuring system application updates are working properly before updates are loaded into the live system, and managing IT projects in collaboration with Operational and Clinical subject matter experts.
The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in supporting a diverse portfolio of ancillary clinical systems, with immediate priority given toDental, Occupational Health, and Ophthalmicenvironments. You will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of software used in these environments, as well as the configuration and optimization ofEpic Wisdomworkflows. Technical proficiency in software interoperability/integration is essential. Furthermore, you will provide critical support for specialized hardware in these environments, ensuring seamless data flow and system reliability across clinical areas.
