We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Catering Assistant on Our Edinburgh schools’ contract in Craigour Park Primary School, 100 Moredun Park Rd, Edinburgh EH17 7HL

18 Hours Per week (shift pattern is Monday to Thursday 9:30am till 14:00pm)

We work in partnership with our clients and end-users to ensure our 24/7 services are delivered to the highest standard with minimum impact or disruption to day-to-day operational requirements of the schools.

• Basic preparation of food and drinks Preparation of vegetables and snacks.
• Simple cooking of food (including the heating and/or reconstitution of convenience foods and vegetables)
• Transportation and serving of meals (including the packing and unpacking of food into containers)
• Washing up and clearing away equipment
• Cleaning of the kitchen, its surrounds and the equipment

• Highly organised, responsible, efficient, and excellent attention to detail
• Strong customer services skills, friendly, approachable with a positive work ethic
