A dedicated caregiver organization in the UK is seeking an Extra Care Team Leader for their Riverside Heights Scheme in Darwen. The role involves leading a team, resolving issues, and ensuring high-quality care. Candidates should have a caring nature, supervisory experience, and at least 2 years in Health & Social Care. The position offers flexible working hours, competitive pay, and generous benefits including training and mileage allowance.
Shift/Hours: 30 Hours a week (flexible to suit the needs of the service).
Rate of pay: To be discussed at the Interview / Next stage – depending on experience.
