Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in engineering or energy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support a team of 5 to 10 engineers seconded to EPRE.
• Handle logistics including holiday bookings and training follow-ups.
• Conduct Performance Development Appraisals (PDA) for engineers.
• Serve as the primary contact for engineers with Framatome.
• Organise team meetings to communicate updates and address concerns.
• Report to the senior manager and coordinate with other managers.
