Job summary
A leading compliance specialist in the UK is seeking a Monitoring Technician to support water system safety. The role requires reliability, a driving licence, and a willingness to learn. Location: Rhondda Cynon Taff, Merthyr Tydfil, Caerphilly,
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Salary: £12.31 – £13.57 per hour (depending on experience & qualifications)

No industry experience? No problem. We’ll provide all the training you need to get started and support you to build a career in a growing industry.
- Travel to different sites each day (company vehicle provided after training)
- Carry out simple checks, testing and monitoring of water systems (full training given)
- Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep systems safe
- Record results on a mobile device
- Talk with clients and tenants in a friendly, professional way
- Manage your own time and schedule site visits
- A full UK driving licence (essential)
- Reliability and strong work ethic
- Confidence to work independently (once trained)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willingness to learn new skills and grow with us
- Full training & career development – no experience required
