About the role

We are seeking a dynamic leader to product manage the launch and scaling of Domino’s recurring revenue business models for our coding and marking industrial printer solutions. The role blends strategic vision with hands‑on execution, transforming traditional product sales into recurring, customer‑centric service offerings. You will work cross‑functionally to design, pilot, and commercialise solutions that integrate our hardware, digital capabilities, and service into compelling subscription, pay‑per‑use, or outcome‑based models. This is an exciting opportunity to join a diverse and supportive team. As product manager you will take ownership of the vision, business case, and roadmap for transitioning to ‘as‑a‑service’ style offerings. You will lead on the go‑to‑market execution, collaborating with key stakeholders to integrate hardware, software and customer support into cohesive offerings.

About You

We are looking for someone who will champion our ‘as‑a‑service’ transformation internally. The successful candidate will be self‑motivated and comfortable taking the initiative. You should be good at building strong networks across teams and functions, and be able to translate complex ideas into clear, concise messages that resonate with diverse audiences.

• Identifying target customer segments, value propositions, and monetisation strategies
• Defining pricing models (e.g., subscription, pay‑per‑use, performance‑based) and customer success metrics
• Launching pilot programs and scalable commercial rollouts
• Building marketing narratives and sales enablement materials tailored to the new business model
• Operational enablement, including establishing customer lifecycle management practices to drive retention and upselling
• Engaging and influencing cross‑functional stakeholders and senior leaders
