A leading logistics organization is seeking a Safety Apprentice to launch a career in workplace safety. This role provides hands-on experience with risk assessments, safety audits, and developing proactive safety improvements within Amazon's dynamic operations. The apprentice will learn to engage with teams and drive fundamental workplace safety improvements. Candidates must have the right to work in the UK and at least 5 GCSEs at Grade C/4, emphasizing strong communication and problem-solving skills. This is a 20-month fixed-term apprenticeship in Hinckley, England.

As a Safety Apprentice, you\'ll gain first-hand experience identifying risks, improving processes, and supporting a culture of safety while working with experienced safety professionals. You\'ll be based on-site within our operations, observing how people and equipment interact and spotting potential hazards before they occur.
