We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and passionate Medi Spa Specialist to join our team at the Bamford Wellness Spa, based at the beautiful Daylesford Farm in the Cotswolds.

In this role, you’ll deliver advanced results‑driven treatments with a holistic touch, supporting our guests on their wellness journey and helping them look and feel their best. Combining science with nature, you’ll work with world‑class products and technologies within a serene, nurturing environment that reflects Bamford’s commitment to sustainable wellbeing.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a skilled Medi Spa professional who shares our passion for mindful beauty, wellness innovation, and exceptional service.

40 hours per week, including weekend work.

Salary £27,934.00 per annum plus treatment and retail commission.

• Deliver a range of advanced Medi Spa treatments to the highest standard, ensuring a luxurious and personalised guest experience.
• Provide expert consultations, tailoring treatments to meet individual skincare and wellbeing needs.
• Maintain exceptional knowledge of skincare science, holistic therapies, and Bamford’s wellness philosophy.
• Ensure all treatment spaces are immaculate, calming, and aligned with the Bamford aesthetic.
• Support the wider spa team in creating a seamless, uplifting guest journey from arrival to departure.
• Build trusted relationships with guests through care, expertise, and genuine connection.
• Promote aftercare advice and retail recommendations to enhance long‑term results and wellbeing.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene protocols, maintaining professionalism at all times.

• A recognised Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification or equivalent (Level 4 in advanced aesthetics highly desirable).
• Proven experience performing Medi Spa or advanced aesthetic treatments within a luxury spa, wellness, or clinic environment.
• Strong experience with Skin Pen (microneedling) highly desirable.
• A passion for holistic wellbeing, natural beauty, and results‑driven skincare.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a warm, confident, and professional approach.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering an elevated guest experience.
• Team‑oriented with a flexible, proactive attitude and a calm presence under pressure.
• A positive, enthusiastic and flexible individual with a can‑do attitude.
• A genuine interest and passion for beauty and wellness.
• A good use of the English language, written and verbal.
