Job summary
A community hospitality organization in Chipping Barnet is seeking a dynamic Unit Catering Manager to oversee the dining experience at the Michael Sobell Jewish Community Cafe. The role combines culinary expertise with team leadership and exceptional customer service. You will manage daily operations, develop seasonal menus, and ensure compliance with food safety standards. Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef and in managing catering operations.
- At least five years’ experience in a busy kitchen.

- Engaging with residents to understand dietary preferences.
- Overseeing day-to-day catering operations and ensuring smooth service delivery.
