Our client, a leading online retailer, is searching for a talented eCommerce Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for shaping their eCommerce platform strategy, optimising the platform, and elevating the overall shopper experience.
- Owning and shaping the eCommerce platform strategy, building a clear roadmap that supports growth, performance and a seamless user experience
- Working cross‑functionally to bring platform improvements to life.
- Keeping a close eye on industry trends and emerging tech, always looking for smarter, more innovative ways to evolve the platform
- Building and embedding the eCommerce Operations function, putting the right processes, workflows and foundations in place to scale
- Driving continuous optimisation across search, merchandising, UX and CRO, partnering with developers and external agencies to deliver meaningful improvements.
- Constantly reviewing and improving the end‑to‑end shopper journey, from navigation and search through to checkout.
- Collaborating closely with Product and wider teams to ensure product listings, content and promotions support both the shopper experience and commercial goals.
- Proven experience managing and growing an eCommerce platform in a fast‑paced environment.
- Confident using data and insight to prioritise improvements and drive performance.
- Experience working closely with developers, product teams, and external partners.
- Commercial mindset, with a clear focus on conversion, revenue and growth.
- Ability to balance strategy and hands‑on delivery.
