Our client, a leading online retailer, is searching for a talented eCommerce Manager to join their team. You will be responsible for shaping their eCommerce platform strategy, optimising the platform, and elevating the overall shopper experience.

What they'll be responsible for:
  • Owning and shaping the eCommerce platform strategy, building a clear roadmap that supports growth, performance and a seamless user experience
  • Working cross‑functionally to bring platform improvements to life.
  • Keeping a close eye on industry trends and emerging tech, always looking for smarter, more innovative ways to evolve the platform
  • Building and embedding the eCommerce Operations function, putting the right processes, workflows and foundations in place to scale
  • Driving continuous optimisation across search, merchandising, UX and CRO, partnering with developers and external agencies to deliver meaningful improvements.
  • Constantly reviewing and improving the end‑to‑end shopper journey, from navigation and search through to checkout.
  • Collaborating closely with Product and wider teams to ensure product listings, content and promotions support both the shopper experience and commercial goals.
About you:
  • Proven experience managing and growing an eCommerce platform in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Confident using data and insight to prioritise improvements and drive performance.
  • Experience working closely with developers, product teams, and external partners.
  • Commercial mindset, with a clear focus on conversion, revenue and growth.
  • Ability to balance strategy and hands‑on delivery.
