We are looking for a talented and strategicProduct Marketing Manager, who will partner with our product development and sales teams to drive adoption, engagement, and retention of Roda BI. This role is pivotal in shaping the market positioning and go-to-market strategies of our products within the healthcare sector.

• Market Analysis:Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.


• Messaging & Positioning:Develop compelling messaging, value propositions, and positioning statements for Roda BI and other products.


• Product Launch:Plan and execute successful product launches in collaboration with product management and sales teams, you know how to pull off a great event.


• Content Creation:Create high-quality content for marketing materials, including brochures, web content, case studies, and white papers.


• Digital Marketing:Oversee digital marketing initiatives to promote product features, benefits, and updates to target audiences.


• User Engagement:Develop user engagement strategies leveraging customer feedback and user data to enhance product offerings.


• Cross-functional Collaboration:Partner closely with sales, customer success, and product management teams for seamless communication and alignment.

• 5+ years of product marketing experiencein SaaS or technology company


• Strong understanding of the healthcare marketideally in social care


• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft engaging content for diverse audiences


• Analytical mindset– Experience in market research and analysis

• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms


• Experience with systems WordPress, Canva, Rocketlane, Tourial (or similar)


• Knowledge of product management methodologies and agile processes (preferred)

• Proven ability to drive product adoption and engagement, cut through the noise and make a real impact.


• History of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, forward thinking at a strategic level.


• Experience in gathering and leveraging customer insights for product improvement with a commercial focus.


• A proactive, self-starting mindset you build from scratch and love what you do with autonomy.


• Someone who is agile, dynamic and has the knack to work to tight deadlines.


• £40,000 + year end performance bonus
