Job summary
A prestigious research facility in Cambridge is seeking an experienced Building Services Manager to oversee core facilities services and ensure efficient management of building infrastructure. You will lead a team of 14, managing maintenance and support services while collaborating closely with various stakeholders. This role requires strong organizational and problem-solving skills, along with relevant experience in building and health safety management. This is an exciting opportunity with a competitive salary range of £42,254-£56,535, depending on experience.
Qualifications
- Educated to degree level or practical experience relevant to managing building infrastructure.
- Previous experience in building and health safety management is essential.
- Working knowledge of laboratory and research facilities preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage core facilities services to JCBC occupants.
- Manage a team to resolve building infrastructure problems.
- Organize core building maintenance and servicing.
