We're looking for a talented Commercial Energy Associate (1-4 PQE) to join a leading Energy & Regulated Industries team in London.
Energy is one of the most dynamic and high-profile sectors in the UK, providing lawyers with the chance to work on complex, impactful projects that shape the economy and political agenda.
You'll be advising on a wide variety of commercial contracts (from long-term power purchase agreements to multi-party industry codes) and supporting on major energy transactions-including project development, financing, and sales.
Our clients span governments, regulators, utilities, developers, suppliers, and corporates, giving you the opportunity to build strong relationships across the sector.
