The Role:

• Experience: Proven experience in an engineering leadership role; knowledge of ISO 9001, 13485, LSAS & EN14065 (Healthcare); budget management and project planning experience; familiarity with planned preventive maintenance systems.
• Skills: Excellent analytical and decision‑making skills; knowledge of utility usage metrics and machine availability tracking; effective written and verbal communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training and performance feedback.
