About the team

We’re a vibrant, fast‑paced squad of around 75 specialists across Remortgage and Purchase teams, focused on delivering a tailored mortgage journey to each customer.

How we work

Our schedule is flexible but structured. Typical shifts include:

• 1x 09:00–17:00
• 1x 09:00–18:00
• 2x 11:00–20:00

Fridays we work a shorter day (10–16 for the core team, 10:30–17:30 for the purchase team). We also have a 1‑in‑4 Saturday shift (10:00–16:00) and a late shift for the purchase team.

What you will be doing

• Contact pre‑qualified online leads generated through our online mortgage journey and vetted by our mortgage score system.
• Provide expert advice on whole‑of‑market mortgage options, using Mojo’s custom in‑house software.
• Keep customers fully informed throughout the process and manage your pipeline efficiently.
• Collaborate with administrators and case managers to support mortgage DIPS and applications, including verifying documents.
• Assist the product team by testing new ideas and processes to improve our technology.

What we expect from you

• CeMap certification and at least 2 years of whole‑of‑market experience.
• Recent experience with residential purchase, preferably BTL mortgage advising (FTB, portfolio landlords, second homes).
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Commitment to a best‑in‑class customer experience.
