Job summary
A leading non-profit organization in Bedford is seeking an HR Generalist to manage Human Resource Information Systems and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of HR experience and strong communication skills. Responsibilities include compliance, recruitment, and engaging with employees at all levels. This position is primarily on-site, with some remote work, and requires a BA/BS degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Qualifications
