Full‑time, Fixed Term (12 months) – 35 hrs per week, Hybrid/remote with at least 2 days in our Central London office.

Role involves recording transactions, preparing payments and supporting month‑end reporting
A‑level education or relevant accounting qualification is required
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines are essential

• Record transactions in our accounting software (Iplicit) and keep financial records accurate and up to date
• Prepare payments and liaise with banks and payment platforms
• Support month‑end reporting, reconciliations and management accounts
• Assist with annual audit preparation
• Work closely with colleagues across Peace Direct to ensure grants and programmes are well supported

• Educated to A‑level and/or working towards a relevant accounting qualification
• Enthusiastic about finance and accounting
• Good attention to detail, accurate, organised and systematic
• Able to meet deadlines and keep finance systems up to date
• Can hit the ground running, bring prior experience to the table and thrive with minimal supervision
