This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled nurse with broad clinical experience who can confidently manage diverse patient caseloads within a busy outpatient environment.**Key Responsibilities**Supporting consultant-led General Medicine clinicsCompleting clinical assessments and patient observationsManaging patients with a wide range of medical conditions, including:Respiratory disordersCardiac issuesEndocrine conditions (e.g., diabetes)Gastrointestinal problemsRenal conditionsLong-term chronic illnessPreparing patients for tests and minor proceduresCoordinating follow-up appointments, referrals, and investigationsProviding patient education and lifestyle adviceTelephone/virtual clinic supportAccurate documentation in NHS electronic systemsWorking effectively with Consultants, HCAs, AHPs, and admin teams**Requirements****Registered Nurse (NMC PIN required)**Minimum **1 year experience** in General Medicine, Acute Medical Unit, or similarStrong clinical assessment and patient management skillsExperience in busy outpatient or ward settingsExcellent communication and organisation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of an MDTYou must be living in the UK and have the right to work in the UK**What We Offer**Attractive NHS-aligned pay ratesFlexible outpatient clinic shiftsWeekly payFast-track compliance processDedicated consultant support
