We are looking for one of our amazing Benifex team members to take on crucial responsibilities as our Office Ambassador for our Southampton office. This role will be on top of your existing duties and involve a stipend of £100 a month on top of your existing salary. We need somebody who can attend our Southampton office a minimum of three days a week in order to manage post, deliveries, oversee building contractor visits and general health and safety compliance. You would be committing around one hour per day to ensuring our office is as fantastic as possible and to ensure the smooth running of activities within the building.

• The site lead role is to facilitate and oversee office management at site level and coordinate all health and safety with the support of the Property team.
• The role requires site attendance at a minimum of three days per week in line with the group hybrid working policy.
• This is a hands-on role with a focus on engagement with employees who attend site and overall compliance in line with legislative requirements.
• IOSH Managing Safely course must be completed for the role; full training is provided.
