Overview

Casual Spa Therapist role at The Alexander Hotel Collection – Barnett Hill Hotel, Guildford, Surrey.

Role details

Qualified and experienced Spa Therapist required to support our full-time team throughout the year and assist with holiday cover. Candidates must be able to be flexible with working hours and complete a minimum 4-hour shift. Some weekend work is required as weekends are busy.

Salary and benefits

£15.00 to £16.50 per hour including holiday pay based on experience and trade test. You will also receive a service charge payment based on the hours worked each month.

The Role

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Spa Therapist to support our full-time team throughout the year and assist with holiday cover.

Main duties

• Offer a full range of technical face and body treatments during your shift
• Meet and greet clients on arrival
• Complete client consultation cards/information
• Take the guest through the customer journey
• Explain the treatment to be performed
• Ensure the treatment is offered to the client’s requirements
• Discuss retail products and beauty regimes to enhance the guest’s experience following the treatment
• Offer refreshments on conclusion of the treatment
• Liaise with Receptionists to ensure correct billing
