We are seeking an experienced and proactive Residential Property Manager to take ownership of a dynamic residential portfolio. You will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and provide an outstanding experience for tenants. - Property Maintenance & Operations
- Ensure properties are well-presented, safe, and fully compliant
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance with trusted contractors
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards
- Act as the main point of contact for tenants, resolving queries professionally
- Manage the full tenant lifecycle, including referencing, check-ins, renewals, rent reviews, and checkouts
- Handle deposits and mediate disputes fairly and transparently
- Oversee rent collection and associated fees to maximise portfolio performance
- Legal & Compliance
- Keep up to date with housing legislation, including the Renters Reform Bill
- Manage legal processes, including evictions, professionally and appropriately
- Maintain accurate records of tenancies, finances, and maintenance
- Communicate policy updates, notices, and rent reviews to tenants
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless service
- 2–3 years’ experience in residential property management or a related field
- ARLA or TPI qualified (or willing to work towards)
- Strong knowledge of property management systems and UK housing legislation
- Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organisational skills
- Financial management experience and confidence in tenancy processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and keen attention to detail
