About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Residential Property Manager to take ownership of a dynamic residential portfolio. You will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensure compliance, and provide an outstanding experience for tenants. This role offers variety and the opportunity to make a real impact within a supportive and ambitious team.

Responsibilities
  • Property Maintenance & Operations
    • Ensure properties are well-presented, safe, and fully compliant
    • Coordinate repairs and maintenance with trusted contractors
    • Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards
    • Act as the main point of contact for tenants, resolving queries professionally
    • Manage the full tenant lifecycle, including referencing, check-ins, renewals, rent reviews, and checkouts
    • Handle deposits and mediate disputes fairly and transparently
    • Oversee rent collection and associated fees to maximise portfolio performance
  • Legal & Compliance
    • Keep up to date with housing legislation, including the Renters Reform Bill
    • Manage legal processes, including evictions, professionally and appropriately
    • Maintain accurate records of tenancies, finances, and maintenance
    • Communicate policy updates, notices, and rent reviews to tenants
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless service
What We’re Looking For
  • 2–3 years’ experience in residential property management or a related field
  • ARLA or TPI qualified (or willing to work towards)
  • Strong knowledge of property management systems and UK housing legislation
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organisational skills
  • Financial management experience and confidence in tenancy processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and keen attention to detail
