Our site in Norwich focuses on producing high‑quality confectionery products. Whether it’s keeping our production lines running smoothly or ensuring everything meets our standards, everyone plays a vital role in delivering the brands people love.

As a Machine Operative, you will keep our production equipment running efficiently. You’ll set up machines, monitor performance, adjust settings, and troubleshoot to meet production and quality targets. It’s a fast‑paced environment where you’ll complete routine checks or step in to fix an issue, keeping the line moving smoothly.
