Job summary
A local council in Scotland is seeking an IT Engineer for their Desktop Team. This permanent, full-time role requires providing hardware and software support, managing service requests, and working closely with the team. The ideal candidate should have strong skills in Microsoft systems, excellent customer service abilities, and experience in technical troubleshooting.
