Please note shift patterns as follows: 7am to 2.30pm, 2.30pm to 10.00pm, Waking Night 10pm to 7.00am.

Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:

Dillington Mews is an autism‑specific supported living service comprising 6 individual flats. Each person we support lives in their own apartment.

  • We provide 1:1 support for 6 tenants.
  • All tenants have an individual support plan, ensuring they are supported in a person‑centred way and are promoted to make their own choices.
  • Each person has their own individual care package of support.

  • Promoting personalised choice and options regarding independent living, promoting wellbeing and independence.
  • All tenants choose individual activities and staff are matched to the tenant to promote inclusion and personal choice being respected and valued.
  • Working closely with families and significant others within the person we support circle of care.
  • Promoting equality, diversity, and following professional boundaries.
  • We offer exceptional training and a professional induction into the service, ensuring you have the skills and knowledge to provide tailored support.
  • We will allocate you a “buddy” on your first day, to ensure you have an allocated person to assist in the transition into service.
