A leading fostering agency is seeking a Family Finding Officer to manage the matching of foster carers with children and coordinate care arrangements. This position offers a minimum of one day per week in the office, with full-time hours and a salary range of £27,674.24 to £32,108.57 annually. The ideal candidate will possess resilience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for improving outcomes for children.
