Responsibilities
- Responsible for cleaning all areas of the care home according to schedules.
- Vacuum, shampoo carpets, and clean communal areas and rooms.
- Surface polish furniture and sanitize surfaces.
Job Type(s): Part-time (19 hours per week) Duration: Permanent Schedule: Days (rotational basis that includes weekends or as and when required) Hourly Rate: £12.21

We are looking for a Domestic Assistant who is dedicated to making every moment count, regardless of their qualifications or experience.
As a Domestic Assistant, you will need to be adaptable and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with the team are essential to maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.
- Responsible for cleaning all areas of the care home in accordance with our cleaning schedules.
- Vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and cleaning communal areas, bedrooms, bathrooms, and specialist rooms.
- Surface polish furniture, clean windows, sanitize surfaces, and refresh rooms before new residents arrive.
- Empty bins, clean vases, moving furniture for thorough cleaning, managing cleaning supplies, and reporting faulty equipment.
- Adherence to Health and Safety and Infection Control policies is essential, along with completing records and attending mandatory training and staff meetings.
