Basic job function: To perform the duties of an accountant in accordance with the contract and employee handbook.

Hours of work: 5 days a week, 9:30am – 5:00pm
- Timely and accurate preparation of trial balance and management accounts.
- Completion of reconciliation of balance sheet accounts including bank, AR, AP, stock and intercompany.
- Maintenance and reconciliation of Fixed Assets.
- Assistance in the completion of statutory audit, including liaising with statutory audit team.
- Administration of statutory reporting requirements including VAT returns.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Cross training in other tasks including: Ledger posting, Payroll accounting, Grant Claims, R&D Credit, and other reporting and accounting tasks as required.
- Ensuring that all practices adopted on site comply with the IceMOS code of business conduct and ethics policy.
- To work to the best of one’s ability to ensure the success of the company.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
- At least 2-3 years of current or recent industry experience.
- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office package – particularly MS Excel.
- Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
