Job summary
A legal assistance firm in Wolverhampton is seeking a bilingual immigration assistant proficient in English and Chinese. You will handle USCIS forms, client communications, and social media management. Previous experience with eImmigration software is a plus. Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and Chinese (written and spoken) is required.
- Experience with eImmigration software is beneficial.
Responsibilities
- Complete USCIS Forms for Attorney Review.
- Provide draft cover letters, affidavits and other documents as required.
- Monitor client case files daily for forwarding progress.
- Conduct immigration client intake, interviews, and declarations.
- Coordinate work related to USCIS, DOL, and related agencies.
- Answer questions and provide accurate information to clients.
- Update policies, procedures, and workflow manuals.
- Respond to emails and client communications in a timely manner.
- Manage the firm’s social media platforms.
Skills
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).
- Experience with eImmigration software is a plus
