Job Title: Paralegal (FTC 6-months with the possibility to extend)
Location: Remote (with some travel to Reading or London and occasionally Chepstow)
Responsible to: Chief of Staff - Corporate
Responsible for: Legal Support
Requirements: Right to Work (we will not accept student visa or sponsorship requests); 1+ years full time working experience, ability to travel to Reading and/or London and/or Chepstow occasionally
We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive in-house paralegal to join our legal team. Reporting to the General Counsel, the role will be focused on supporting the commercial and corporate law functions within the business, with an emphasis on facilitating key business transactions, ensuring legal compliance and mitigating risks. The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external stakeholders including external legal advisers, playing a critical role in helping the company achieve its strategic goals.
Additional responsibilities or functions as may be required from time to time to support the business.
Familiarity with the telecoms industry and sustainability regulations.
Additional languages, especially French or German, would be an advantage.
English law degree and interest in progression.
£35,000 plus company benefits as per standard Fixed Term Contract.
