Job summary
A leading childcare provider in Chipping Barnet is seeking a Nursery Room Leader to join their team. In this role, you will ensure high-quality early childhood education and support your team. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 childcare qualification and experience in an Early Years setting. The position offers a competitive salary of £28,000 to £33,000 and various perks including free childcare and enhanced sick pay.

Kido High Barnet Nursery & Preschool is looking for a Nursery Room Leader to join our team. The role is based in Kido High Barnet Nursery & Preschool and offers a salary of £28,000 to £33,000 per year.
As a Nursery Room Leader you will be an ambassador for Kido values, a gatekeeper of our culture, and a leader within an Early Years setting. You will ensure the delivery of high‑quality early childhood education, support staff, manage daily routines, and maintain a safe, nurturing environment.
- Relevant childcare qualification, Level 3 minimum.
- Experience leading in an Early Years setting.
- Level 2 qualifications in English including functional skills if obtained a Level 3 after 2014.
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays; 30 days after 5 years service.
