Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in collateral management or risk clearing function.
• 3+ years in trading operations with a focus on settlements and trading reconciliation.
• Experience in a crypto or traditional banking environment handling multiple currencies.
• Understanding of financial products and risk/reward tradeoffs.
• Knowledge of exchanges and margin processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily margin calls and settle cash/crypto collateral movements.
• Monitor client exposures and escalate risks when necessary.
• Drive improvements in collateral and clearing risk management.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with margin processes.
• Communicate with counterparties for timely trade settlements.
